Bought at Sothebys, New York in poor state and restored in London. Thought to have been lost. Exhibited at RA in 1895, Walker Art Gallery Liverpool 1895, Item in Cornish Telepgraph April 4, 1895. Royal Birmingham Soc. Artists, 1899. Sold Davis 1896 for £260. Exhibited Liverpool 1895 Royal Academy, London, 1895 Cornish newspaper during exhibition in Penlee, July 2011.
